This was my first visit to Carlile and I anticipate making them the 'go to' shop for my car maintenance which is now out of warranty. While waiting for my vehicle to be serviced I visited with a gentleman who has been using Carlile for 5 years! It was great reassurance, Add that to the Carlile referral given to me by an auto muffler repair service which was unable to fix my car's exhaust problem. The service and courtesy inspection was thorough while I waited in a comfortable waiting area.

The staff is professional and constantly update me on whats happening during the repair. The staff gives me options on what future problems may arise. My daughter recently purchased a car and it started having problems with a misfire. She took it to another shop, who recommended that she replaced the entire exhaust system as well as the spark plugs. She then took the car to Carlisle Motors who promptly corrected the issue with new coils and new spark plugs at a fraction of the cost of the first shop. Turns out the vehicle had the wrong spark plugs and coils from the previous owner. Robert also informed us that they off a full pre purchase inspection before buying any car which would have saved a lot of headaches. Carlisle Motors definitely gains another satisfied customer. They were very fair, honest, and prompt to diagnose and repair the problems with the vehicle.Thank you for taking care of her.
