The Carlile Motors team are rockstars! I purchased a moderately-possessed '05 Highlander from someone else, mechanical error unknown/undiagnosed correctly. I let Robert and the team know that I was working with the remainder of my emergency fund and exactly what the vehicle needed to do before I could afford to have it in the shop again- they got to work and identified repair items that were critically necessary to meet my goals for the car, AND they found the mechanical poltergeist that plagued the previous owner (some wiring that needed replacement). They graciously answered all of my questions and kept me updated on the car's progress and thoroughly tested it to ensure that it was road ready after the work was completed. I cant thank the staff at Carlile for getting me back on the road as quickly as possible. I was on my way to PA via 95 when my tire started to go flat.
