Had to get diagnostics run on my car after I totaled it. Took it to them and they gave me a lift after I dropped it off. When things took a turn for the worst, pun intended, (bad engine, totaled etc.) they were very understanding, waived the fees to run the diagnostics and gave me plenty of time to get a scrapyard to tow it and even recommended some which I used and the services were great. Definitely took a lot of stress off a stressful situation. I will be returning for general maintenance and repairs!
