Exceptional service on my 2018 Audi Q5. Would not trust anyone else other than the Carlile Team. They knew exactly what issue was wrong with my Audi and were prompt and fixed it immediately. I now get my regular maintenance done with them. Highly recommend!

I was so impressed with them from the beginning. Starting with being able to make the appointment on line and being taken care of right away. Then to the waiting room - comfy chairs, (even had a foot stool and pillow) a TV, coffee, bottled water, and snacks! My mechanic Shafraz was listening to me very patiently as I explained the issues with my air-conditioning. I did not wait too long at all. Carlisle Motors is my new go to for all my vehicle needs!
