Always prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, and friendly. Generally dislike having to take my truck in for service but at Carlile Motors they make things as painless as possible.

Robert always does a fine job scheduling and completing repairs thoroughly and on time. We need to keep track of wear and tear on car parts like battery, brakes, tires, alignment, ignition parts, fuel system cleaning, and alternator/generator. I had an emergency on 4/5/22 in which I had to get towed to the local Tires Plus and paid $2100 for repairs.

Fraz is extremely knowledgeable and professional with what he does. He knows Toyotas like the back of his hand! Overall professional and honest guys. Prices are very reasonable too.

Carlile motors is very trustworthy, Fraz, the Shop Foreman and Master Mechanic very knowledgeable, saw that our alternator was the wrong one installed. He let us know which alternator was supposed to go in. Thank you Fraz and Carlile Motors.
