I called about my Vibe Pontiac A/C making a horrible grinding when I turned on the Fan and without hesitation Robert knew exactly what the problem was and took my car in as soon as it arrived to the shop same morning. I will go to no other business for any car I own.

Excellent service! My husband and I were stranded after an accident we did reviews and took a chance that we would be treated fairly. I feel that they went above and beyond! Alice and Fraz communicated with us and kept us abreast of what was going on with my car. They worked with our insurance company and got the job done in a timely manner. I felt not only was experience an A+ but the customer service they gave was also! Thank you for making what was a traumatic experience after a terrible accident bearable. Always prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, and friendly. Generally dislike having to take my truck in for service but at Carlile Motors they make things as painless as possible.

Robert always does a fine job scheduling and completing repairs thoroughly and on time. We need to keep track of wear and tear on car parts like battery, brakes, tires, alignment, ignition parts, fuel system cleaning, and alternator/generator. I had an emergency on 4/5/22 in which I had to get towed to the local Tires Plus and paid $2100 for repairs.

Fraz is extremely knowledgeable and professional with what he does. He knows Toyotas like the back of his hand! Overall professional and honest guys. Prices are very reasonable too.
