Carlile Motors has new ownership but still the same friendly professional service. Robert is my goto guy before and happy to say still is since he remained with the company. My 2005 4 cylinder Pontiac Vibe crashed all at once needing immediate attention. I called Robert late in the day and they were able to get my car in the very next morning. All four coils had gone bad. It is an old car and it was time and I was informed that that’s normal for the amount of mileage I had. They made the experience less painful as they always do. I got my car back early afternoon and was on my way. The price was comparable and legitimate no underhanded fees. I must say they also repaired a bumper that was falling down from my hitting a curb that jumped out at me a month earlier. With no charge strapped up until later complete repair I will address. They are very understanding company and I will continue using their service for all my cars
