Got my car right in for a battery issue. I asked for an inspection of the car. They were wonderful to deal with and did fantastic work. No delays and very great rates. Will take both cars to them only.

After a very dissatisfied visit to Goodyear (could not find my prescheduled appointment on the system, did not have the tires they said I needed in stock, and told me my electronics were fine but I knew there was a problem), I drove to Carlile. Without an appointment they checked my car, showed and explained why the tires needed attention, HAD THE TIRES IN STOCK, and recalibrated the computer sensors that were reporting bad info. And for less than what Goodyear wanted. I am not ever going to bother going anywhere else. Carlile's proved to be more customer service oriented, earned my trust with clear explanations and better for my pocket. And being a local business not a chain store, is the icing on the cake.
